Oak Tan W Medium Toast is a lightly toasted French oak chips. The chips, when left to infuse in the distillate, give the classic hints of oak wood and enhance the flavours already present in the product. Among the advantages of Oak W Medium Toast are:

  • Reduces ageing time: faster to market.
  • More cost-efficient.
  • Creates consistent and reliable results.

200 to 400 g/hl.
Carry out preliminary tests in the laboratory to determine the dosage according to the type of distillate and the desired intensity.

Add the required dose to the mass to be treated.
