  • High concentration of assimilable nitrogen: Vinomix provides a significant amount of readily assimilable organic nitrogen, which is essential for yeast growth and activity during fermentation. Nitrogen is a critical nutrient that affects the health of yeasts and their ability to metabolize sugar and produce alcohol.
  • Amino acids, vitamins and minerals: in addition to nitrogen, Vinomix also contains amino acids, vitamins and minerals that are essential for yeasts. These nutrients are involved in the biosynthesis of flavors during fermentation.
