Vinoferm Rouge is a yeast strain selected for the fermentation of great red wines for aging, where the main objective is to respect the typicality of the grape variety.

Packaging and storage

100 g and 500 g vacuum packed bags, 10 kg bulk.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably at a temperature of 10°C.
