VINOFERM CHARDONNAY

Vinoferm Chardonnay is a Saccharomyces Cerevisiae yeast strain selected specifically for fermenting Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio blends. 

Packaging and storage

Vacuum-packed bags of 100 and 500 g, bulk of 10 kg.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, preferably at a temperature of 10°C.
