Vinoferm Basic Bayanus is a Saccharomyces Bayanus yeast that is part of essedielle’s Vinoferm Basic yeast line. It is is a neutral strain that respects the typicality of the grape variety, and is able to ensure complete, defect-free fermentations with very low volatile acid production and no residual sugar.
