Vinoferm Aroma

Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast specially selected for the production of young, fresh wines with an intense flavor profile.
Vinoferm Aroma is a selected yeast strain from Saccharomyces cerevisiae used in the production of wines with a young and fresh flavor profile. Some important information about this product:

  • Selection for intense fruit/flower aromas: Vinoferm Aroma has been specifically selected to help develop intense fruit and flower aromas in wines. This yeast strain is ideal for producing wines with a fresh, floral aroma profile with notes of white and tropical fruits.
  • Development of specific fermentation aromas: Vinoferm Aroma is capable of developing specific fermentation aromas, including iso-amyl acetate and ethyl hexamate. These compounds contribute significantly to the overall aroma of the wine, imparting fruity and floral characteristics.
  • Fermentation temperature range: this yeast strain is suitable for a range of fermentation temperatures. For intense white and tropical fruit aromas, fermentation can be conducted at temperatures between 18°C and 20°C. If mineral and citrus aromas are desired, fermentation at a slightly lower temperature, between 16°C and 18°C, may be appropriate.
  • Recommended wines: Vinoferm Aroma is particularly suitable for the production of fresh and aromatic white wines. However, it can also be successfully used in the production of rosés and young reds that require a young, fruity flavor profile.
