Superliquisolf 63

Liquid solution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form.
Superliquisolf 63 is a liquid solution containing sulfur dioxide (SO2) and ammonia nitrogen, with the following main characteristics:

  • Composition: this product has a sulfur dioxide (SO2) titer of 630 ± 10 g/l and an ammonia (NH4) concentration of 170 g/l. The combination of ammonia nitrogen and sulfur dioxide is useful in several aspects of winemaking.
  • Fermentation control: Readily assimilable ammonia nitrogen (RAN) is readily utilized by yeast during alcoholic fermentation. This helps to maintain adequate control of fermentations, reducing the risk of fermentation stuckness or unwanted fermentations.
  • Protection from oxidation: sulfur dioxide is known for its ability to protect must or wine from oxidation. This is crucial for preserving the quality and organoleptic characteristics of wine during the winemaking process.
  • Advantages of the liquid form: the liquid form of Superliquisolf 63 simplifies application and dosing. In addition, this liquid form makes the product suitable for use with automatic in-line dispensers, which can be advantageous for industrial wine production.
  • Sodium-free: Superliquisolf 63 is sodium-free. This is an advantage since sodium can adversely affect the sensory profile and quality of the final product.

Ammonium bisulfite in 70% solution.
Warning: 10 ml/hl of Superliquisolf 63 provides 6.3 g/hl of SO2 and about 17 mg/l of RAN.

On musts only.
5-20 ml/hl, depending on the health status of the grapes.

Disperse Superliquisolf 63 directly into the mass to be treated.

25 kg canister, 240 kg drum and 1300 kg BIG.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not store the product in metal containers.
