Superliquisolf 40

Liquid solution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form.
Superliquisolf 40 is a liquid solution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form, with some main characteristics

  • Composition: this product contains sulfur dioxide (SO2) with a titer of 400 ± 10 g/l and ammonia (NH4) at a concentration of 113 g/l. The combination of SO2 and ammonia is useful for several purposes in the wine industry.
  • Fermentation control: the presence of readily assimilable ammonia nitrogen (RAN) provides nutrition to yeasts in an effective and readily assimilable manner. This is important for the control and management of alcoholic fermentations, helping to avoid potential fermentation blockages or unwanted fermentations.
  • Protection from oxidation: sulfur dioxide is well known for its ability to protect must or wine from oxidation. This is an essential aspect during winemaking, as oxidation can compromise the quality and characteristics of the wine.
  • Advantages of the liquid form: the liquid form of Superliquisolf 40 offers some practical advantages. It allows nutrition and protection to be combined in one product, simplifying dosing and application. In addition, this liquid form makes the product suitable for use with automatic in-line feeders, which can be useful for efficient wine production.
  • Sodium-free: Superliquisolf 40 is sodium-free. This is an advantage since sodium can adversely affect the sensory profile and quality of the final product.

Ammonium bisulfite in 49% solution.
Warning: 10 ml/hl of Superliquisolf 40 provides 4 g/hl of SO2 and about 11 mg/l of RAN.

On musts only.
10-30 ml/hl, depending on the health status of the grapes.

Disperse Superliquisolf 40 directly into the mass to be treated.

25 kg canister, 240 kg drum and 1100 kg BIG.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not store the product in metal containers.
