Superliquisolf 15

Liquid solution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form.
Superliquisolf 15 is a liquid solution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form with the following main characteristics:

  • Composition: this product contains sulfur dioxide (SO2) at a titer of 150 ± 10 g/l and ammonia (NH4) at a concentration of 42 g/l. The combination of sulfur dioxide and ammonia is useful in several aspects of the wine industry.
  • Fermentation control: readily assimilable ammonia nitrogen (RAN) is readily utilized by yeasts during alcoholic fermentation. This contributes to the control and management of fermentations, reducing the risk of fermentation stuckness or unwanted fermentations.
  • Protection from oxidation: sulfur dioxide is known for its ability to protect must or wine from oxidation. This is essential for maintaining the quality and organoleptic characteristics of wine during the winemaking process.
  • Advantages of the liquid form: the liquid form of Superliquisolf 15 has some practical advantages. It makes it possible to combine nutrition and protection in one product, simplifying dosing and application. In addition, this liquid form makes the product suitable for use with automatic in-line feeders, which can be advantageous for efficient wine production.
  • Sodium-free: Superliquisolf 15 is sodium-free. This is an advantage since sodium can adversely affect the sensory profile and quality of the final product.

Ammonium bisulfite in 21% solution.
Warning: 10 ml/hl of Superliquisolf 15 provides 1.5 g/hl of SO2 and about 4.2 mg/l of RAN.

On musts only.
20-80 ml/hl, depending on the health status of the grapes.

Disperse Superliquisolf 15 directly into the mass to be treated.

25 kg canister, 240 kg drum.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not store the product in metal containers.
