STABIGUM

Microfiltered and purified solution of short chain gum arabic. When added to wines, it avoids turbidity and colloidal deposits, preserving all their clarity. Moreover, it improves softness and velvetiness of both white and red wines.

Packaging and storage

1 kg bottles, 5, 10 or 25 kg canister, 1100 kg IBC.
Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
