Stabigum Dry

Seyal gum arabic instant soluble powder. It performs the function of a protective colloid, it helps to smooth out taste edges, increasing the perception of sweetness on the tongue and making the wine softer and rounder. It is a useful tool to intervene in red wines that have undergone long macerations.
