REWINE

Rewine is a Saccharomyces Bayanus yeast specially selected to intervene effectively in fermentation arrests, both alcoholic and malolactic, due to its ability to resume fermentation even under stressful conditions.

Packaging and storage

100 and 500 g vacuum packed bags, 10 kg bulk.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably at a temperature of 10°C.
