PRIMFERM

Primferm is a Saccharomyces Cerevisiae yeast selected to carry out complete fermentations of musts with high sugar content, such as those used for aging wines. 

Packaging and storage

Vacuum-packed bags of 100 and 500 g, bulk of 10 kg.
Store the product in a cool and dry place possibly at a temperature of 10°C.
