Oak Tan W Untoasted is an untoasted French oak chip, which introduces premium oak characters into the wine. It is obtained through a 24-month drying process, which allows for a controlled level of hygrometry. Benefits of Oak Tan W Untoasted include:

French oak chips (W) aged for 24 months, unroasted, thermally disinfected.

50 to 300 g/hl.
Preliminary laboratory tests are recommended to assess the desired organoleptic contribution and contact time.

It can be added directly into the barrel.
