Oak Tan R Medium Toast consists of chips of American oak (R) seasoned for 24 months and medium toasted. These chips have been thermally disinfected and are designed to recreate the beneficial effects of wood in winemaking.

Effects on red wines:
  • Colour stabilisation: preserves colour stability in wine.
  • Masks vegetal traits: reduces unwanted vegetal traits.
  • Protection against oxidation: safeguards the wine against premature oxidation.</li<
  • Increased volume and roundness: contributes to greater fullness and smoothness in the mouth, intensifying sweetness.
