Mannofeed 3.0 is a 100% inactive yeast obtained from pure cultures of a selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Mannofeed 3.0 can be added immediately after inoculation or during alcoholic fermentation.
Warning: In case of severe deficiency of RAN (Readily Assimilable Nitrogen), it is recommended to combine Mannofeed 3.0 with an inorganic nutrient (DAP or Vinovit).
