Free Redox AF is an innovative oenological antioxidant formulated with organic copper salts, pharmaceutical purity sodium-activated bentonite and yeast cell walls. This unique composition was developed to offer superior performance in wine clarification while providing exceptional olfactory cleanliness. The bentonite used is pharmaceutical grade, which ensures the highest levels of clarification and deposit firmness, even at minimal dosages. Main features and benefits:

Mineral-based organic copper salts and yeast cell walls.

5-10 g/hl for preventive treatment
5-20 g/hl for curative treatment
50 g/hl: legal maximum limit covered by the EC.

Disperse Free Redox AF in cold water, stirring to obtain a homogeneous dispersion, and allow to stand for one hour.
Add to wine in pumping over.
Wait at least two days for the product to settle before filtering.

1 kg and 10 kg bag.
Store the product in a cool and dry place.
