Flavor Tan Liquid

Liquid oenological tannin extracted from American oak wood.
Flavour Tan Liquid is a fine wine preparation based on ellagic tannins extracted from American oak wood. This product represents a blend of the highest quality tannins, carefully selected and formulated in a convenient liquid preparation. Its goal is to enrich wine with the highest level of aromatic notes, including vanilla and cocoa, without bringing unwanted wood or boise sensations. Key features of Flavour Tan Liquid are:

5-30 g/hl in finishing and pre-bottling stage.

Use Flavor Tan Liquid on protein-stable wines to avoid cloudiness.
Disperse Flavor Tan Liquid directly into wine at a ratio of 1:10, mixing well until the product is completely dissolved. Add to the mass to be treated during pumping over. Add Flavor Tan Liquid at the fining stage, up to 15 days before bottling.
Shake the package before use.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Avoid contact of the product in solution with iron vessels, especially if rusted: if contact occurs, the tannin forms a harmless precipitate that impairs its characteristics.
