Fibromix 400 is a special filtration aid designed to significantly improve filtration efficiencies in food liquids. This product is intended to optimize filtration cycles from the first stage by focusing on the formation of the prepanel. Fibromix 400 is characterized by the creation of a prepanel with high retention capacity, uniform in thickness over its entire surface area. Its elastic structure allows it to effectively resist pressure variations that may occur during the filtration process. In addition, it offers a high adsorptive power, capable of capturing not only the processing aids used but also particles smaller than the diameter of the prepanel’s canaliculi.
