Organic activator based on granulated glutathione-rich yeast peels with sprayed DAP.
E-Wine is an organic complex specially formulated to act as a nutrient during the fermentation process, with the aim of promoting the production of thiol aromas and ensuring defect-free fermentation characterized by smooth kinetics. Its composition rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and a significant content of tripeptides with antioxidant power (3%) helps intensify the wine’s aromatic bouquet and protect it over time.
