Compacid MT is a liquid blend of tartaric acid and malic acid, ideal for wines and musts that require an increase in total acidity without compromising acid freshness on the palate.

L-malic acid, L-tartaric acid.

1-4 ml/hl.
Maximum legal dose in musts: 400 ml/hl.
1 ml/l increases acidity by 0.45 g/l (fixed acidity expressed as tartaric acid).

Add directly to must or wine under agitation.

25 kg canister.
Closed package: store the product in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
Open package: close tightly and store as indicated above.
