Biopoly AF is an allergen-free clarifying aid, exempt from labeling requirements, and can be used in the preparation of beverages intended for consumption by vegetarians and vegans. It offers a viable alternative to the use of clarifiers derived from eggs or milk. Due to its formulation, Biopoly AF helps to provide wine with greater longevity and olfactory cleanliness by effectively removing oxidized compounds. Fermentation: 10-30 g/hl.
White wines: 30-80 g/hl against the effect of maderization.
Presence of bitter taste: 40 g/hl.
Preliminary trials with increasing concentration are recommended.

Dissolve Biopoly AF in water at 20°C and let it stand for at least 2 hours.
Stir the solution for 10 minutes and add to the wine by pumping over.
