Enzyme-acting complex clarifier that makes it possible to obtain bright, smooth wines with very compact deposits in a short time.
Bioenoclargel is a complex clarifier with enzymatic action designed to rapidly (in 12 to 24 hours) obtain clear and smooth wines with highly compact deposits. This product takes advantage of the synergistic action of its constituents, which have opposite electrical charges, combined with the effective clarifying action of the pectolytic enzyme present. The result is a significant increase in wine brightness, without causing discoloration, and an improvement in filtration yield. Main benefits of Bioenoclargel include:

50-130 g/hl depending on the type of wine to be treated.
Preliminary laboratory tests are recommended.

Bioenoclargel should be dispersed in cold or room-temperature water at a ratio of 1:10, with vigorous stirring, until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
Allow the suspension to rest and swell for a few hours. Stir again and add to the mass to be treated when reassembling and without producing foam.
