Antioxidant specifically formulated to prevent the decay of aromatic molecules in musts and wines.
Aromatan is an antioxidant formulated to prevent the decay of aromatic molecules in musts and wines. Its composition makes it possible to maximize the protective action of ascorbic acid, thanks to the balanced presence of potassium metabisulfite and gall tannins with high antioxidant power, which ensure the rapid and safe elimination of organic compounds.
Aromatan completely inhibits the action of oxidative enzymes, such as tyrosinase and laccase, which are present in high concentration in musts obtained from abnormal harvests or from vineyards with a high incidence of disease.

Dissolve in the fresh must and directly add the mass to be treated, homogenizing everything well. To add to the grapes before pressing, the product can be dissolved beforehand in a little water and sprinkled directly on the bunches.
