Neutracid Clean Special presents itself as an effective solution to overcome the challenges associated with rinsing operations in equipment, addressing risks such as the persistence of caustic detergent residues or possible microbiological contamination through the water used. When used in solution (1-3%) in rinse water, Neutracid Clean Special offers several advantages.

Its acidic formulation not only imparts a shine to treated surfaces, but also effectively counteracts residues of alkaline detergents. In addition, thanks to the antimicrobial and disinfectant properties of the sanitizing agents in the formulation, Neutracid Clean Special ensures the elimination of microorganisms present in the rinse water. This helps keep surfaces sanitized even in situations where they are not immediately in contact with wine, ensuring a high level of hygienic safety.

Potassium metabisulfite
Ascorbic acid
Citric acid

1-3% in rinse water.

Do not rinse further with water after treatment with Neutracid Clean so as not to lose the sanitization of surfaces.
