Membrans Clean 2 is a hydrogen peroxide-based sanitising liquid designed for use in the food industry on equipment, installations and filters. This colourless and odourless preparation has a pH of about 2 and a p.s. (solidification point) of 1.16, making it completely and easily soluble in water. A notable advantage of Membrans Clean 2 is its non-polluting nature, as the resulting reaction products are water and nascent oxygen, thus contributing to the quality of drains. Membrans Clean 2 is formulated to be non-aggressive towards common materials used in the food industry, such as aluminium, stainless steel and various plastics, including polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylsulphone and PVC. What makes it a versatile and safe choice for cleaning and sanitising in food environments.

  • Sanitisation of filtration equipment and accessories (filtration equipment, cartridges, pipes): 0.5-2% cold, 0.2 – 0.5% hot
  • Bottle sanitisation: 300-500 ppm
  • Sanitising bottle washer rinse: 100-200 ppm (active oxygen from approx. 15 ppm to approx. 30 ppm).

Add to the surface to be treated.

25 kg canisters.
Store in the original container, closed and protected from heat and direct light.
Keep away from organic materials such as paper, rubber and wood.
