Ellesan-L is a highly effective detergent with a high content of active chlorine and a combination of sequestering surfactants. This powerful formula offers remarkable cleaning and emulsifying power for fatty acids, as well as distinctive deodorising and sanitising characteristics. Ellesan-L finds applications in the wine, food and dairy industries. Key features:

  • Powerful cleaning and sanitising: Ellesan-L is designed to deep clean and sanitise a wide range of stainless steel, concrete, fibreglass and epoxy-based surfaces and equipment in the wine industry. It is also used in the cleaning of dairy and food equipment, such as buttermakers, milk collection tanks, CIP piping, and more.
  • Suitable for hard water: thanks to its sequestering components, Ellesan-L can also be used in hard water, reducing the risk of limescale deposits on surfaces.
  • Deodorising and sanitising: this cleaner offers deodorising and sanitising properties, helping to keep rooms clean and free of unwanted odours.

Sodium hypochlorite 15%
Sodium hydroxide 15%
Sequestering agents 5%

FOR BRUSHING, SPONGE WASHING: 0.5%-3% solution in hot water (approx. 40 °C).
FOR IMMERSION WASHINGS: 2% solution in water at an initial temperature of 60 °C.

Apply Ellesan-L by dipping, filling, recycling, sprinkling, etc.
Rinse always well after treatment.
Dosed at 1% it develops approximately 375 ppm active chlorine, ensuring an optimal level of hygiene.

25 kg canister and 1100 kg IBC.
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources.
