Nutri-Brew is a comprehensive activator specifically designed to improve beer fermentations, ensuring that they are regular and complete, as well as optimising the production of desired flavours. This is how Nutri-Brew plays its role in the beer fermentation process:

  • Supply of essential nutrients: Nutri-Brew supplies the yeast with essential nutrients such as ammonia nitrogen, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. These nutrients are immediately available to the yeast and promote its multiplication and propagation, ensuring that the yeast is able to ferment effectively.
  • Correction of incomplete attenuation: under unfavourable fermentation conditions, incomplete attenuation may occur, i.e. the yeast may not convert all the sugar into alcohol. Nutri-Brew is able to promote yeast cell multiplication, which is particularly useful in these situations. This helps to complete fermentation properly.
  • Absorption of harmful compounds: the organic fraction of Nutri-Brew is composed of yeast cell walls, which have the ability to absorb medium-chain fatty acids and their esters. These compounds can be harmful to the yeast and negatively affect fermentation kinetics. Nutri-Brew helps remove these compounds, preventing depressions or stuck fermentation and ensuring more stable fermentation kinetics.
