Antiox Brew is a stabiliser specifically designed for the brewing industry, developed to significantly reduce the oxygen content in the final product and improve overall beer stability. Compared to the use of ascorbic acid alone, it helps prevent oxidative phenomena linked to its possible conversion into dehydroascorbic acid in aerobic conditions.
