Granular fructose (levulose) is a variety of sugar obtained exclusively from glucose extracted from sugar cane. The fructose molecule exhibits a levorotatory optical activity, indicating that the rotational power of the carbon ring occurs in a counterclockwise direction. This type of sugar is widely used in the food industry as a sweetener, often replacing sucrose (common sugar) due to its higher sweetening power and lower caloric intake.

100% fructose.

20-200 mg/kg (beverage sweetening).
Preliminary tests are recommended to obtain the right degree of sweetening.

Add directly to the mass to be treated.

1 kg and 5 kg bag.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
