Description

Ellagic oenological tannin extracted from oak wood. Tonneau releases noble aromatic precursors in wine, in particular vanilla, caramel and cocoa notes, extremely delicate, which tend not to be excessively covering in wine. It is also perfect with young red wines, ready-to-drink wines or white wines that have undergone fermentation and/or ageing in barriques.
